8/10: I am grateful today for paid sick days and being salary. To know that my migraine is not going to hurt my paycheck means that there is one less thing to worry about and give myself migraines over.

8/8: Oof. A bit of a hard time on this as yesterday will not go down in history as "best day evar". I guess I'm grateful that it worked out ok. Oh! Bard did the dishes, I'm really grateful for that.

8/9: This morning I'm grateful for quiet. And medication.

8/7: Today I am grateful for a number of things, but mostly that it is Friday and I've got a lovely weekend ahead of me. Plans are only tentative and may fall through, but it will still be lovely to do whatever it is that we end up doing. I'm hopeful that we will get to the Faire, but I won't be devastated if we don't make it.

8/5: I am profoundly grateful that I had the day off, it didn't rain on us and we got such a wonderful day in the city.

8/6: Today I am grateful for computers. They connect us to people we may never have otherwise met and they make my work life far simpler on most days.

8/4: Today I am enormously grateful to the farmer's market that was opened in the ferry terminal. Being able to get fresh peaches on the way to work and maybe an apple cider donut on the way home.. just wonderful ( Read more... )

Oh this morning I was so grateful for something Onyx does most mornings that we call "teddy bear kitten". She'll get into bed with us (I could do without the pouncing, that really hurts) and then curl up next to me purring and headbutting me for kisses. It is time once again for the Gratitude Project. This project was begun several years ago now by estaratshirai and continued by a number of friends. 8/19: Friday's are a great day. I was grateful that the boss let me go a bit early and that my weekend could begin. And the weather was just amazing.
